"Having signed up to the Growth Accelerator Funding initiative, G S Consultancy (Management Training) Ltd (GSC), selected to work with Ann Sherrington as their Strategic Coach. With 4 x 1:1 coaching sessions, Ann facilitated the GSC senior management team to come up with a robust Sales and Marketing Strategy, looking at where we were then to where we wanted to be 3 years on. The outcomes have proved hugely successful already and include:-
