Our people

The Business is managed by Ann Sherrington. Ann combines her passion for enabling people to succeed, with her wealth of experience gained over twenty years in the engineering, manufacturing and business services sectors. She has spent this time selling ‘out on the road’, account managing, sales managing and in customer service and marketing roles. She is particularly skilled at taking the theory and ‘know-how’ and making it work in a way that makes sense to the individual or group she is working with – whatever their particular needs, concerns or style.

Ann is highly qualified as a business coach. She is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and holds the Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD) Advanced Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management (ISMM) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).

She has gained the NLP practitioner's certificate, an ICF approved Executive Coaching qualification as well as the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Diploma and an ILM training qualification.

She is among the first coaches in Europe to be trained in the use of positive psychology in executive coaching.

Ann works on many projects funded via Train to Gain and Business Link and is an Associate Consultant of Bristol Business School, University of the West of England.

Ann assesses coaching scripts for coaching courses run by HumanTechnics and accredited by Bristol Business School. She also mentors academy students at Cirencester College.

As part of her ongoing CPD she receives coaching supervision.

Ann is supported by colleagues in the business who share her passion for enabling people to succeed and for matching the approach and material to the person. Their particular interests are in great organisation, planning, preparation and in presenting learning and advisory documentation in a way that works for the client. Also, in introducing new ideas and techniques to continually respond to client feedback and build on the way things are done.

As and when required, we ask our Associates (coaches, trainers and business/design consultants) to work alongside us. All share our values, are highly qualified and skilled, practical and easy to work with. Most of all they are very good at ensuring the way they work makes sense to and is right for the individual or team we are working with.

In my dealings with Ann I found her to be very professional, able to approach my team and integrate herself as one of the team members.
