R McMahon Engineering is a family owned business, established in the early 1970’s with a vast knowledge and experience in the Engineering sector.
As a competitive business, McMahon Engineering has endeavoured to keep up with the times, training their staff and continually upgrading machinery. However, they had always felt that they were lacking in the knowledge of exactly how to market themselves appropriately.
Their existing marketplace was becoming more competitive but they were confident that, with the right help, they could find enough new customers to achieve a higher and steadier income.
Having discussed with Ann how they wanted to approach the project, we set up six informal but focused workshops, each with its own agenda.
The workshops have enabled the company to:
